The services we offer include:
- Building mailing list funnels (helping you get more contacts on your mailing list, or creating a list to begin with)
- Fundraising strategizing (especially helping you and your team understand how to position yourselves in view of fundraising – this centers on our fundraising packet)
- Media and social media consulting for small to midsized Catholic non-profits/apostolates (including parishes)
- Other services on a case-by-case basis (i.e. extended technical and artistic work)
We are available for a limited amount of direct technical and artistic work (i.e. designing a website homepage, designing a social media account banner image, etc.). We are a consulting agency – we empower you to run your own media.
Pricing
The first call is free for all inquirers. It is requested that you send a short message explaining what services you are interested in and provide some information about your non-profit/apostolate, such as a brief history, a website link, and some goals you hope to reach. This will help us have a maximally productive first conversation.
After an initial call, all calls are set at a price of $125/hour booked (even if less than an hour is used on the call). No contract is signed – we will send you an invoice after the call. No other calls will be taken until the previous call is paid for. A follow-up document will be sent after each call unless the client (that’s you!) deems it unnecessary.
The mailing list funnel-building service costs $75 (plus mailing list and hosting fees from 3rd parties, usually around $300/year for small apostolates.)
Other services and consulting retainers are worked out on a case-by-case basis.
